So I'm on the tutorial and I'm stuck because I can't figure out what it's asking me to do! I have the english patch but it doesn't work on this particular part. The arrow is pointing to the skill in slot 1, but when I select it, it doesn't do anything.

It says 'casting time 10 seconds', so i tried holding it for 10 secs and nothing happened.

So confused! I'm nearly gonna level up just from killing this squirrel thing over and over. :P

I looked up a video guide, and I still can't work out how to use the skill! :'(

If someone could let me know how to do it or point me to a guide that says this kinda stuff that'd be greatly appreciated. :D

Did you use the skill on the monster?

Can't work out how. I've somehow managed to quit the tutorial and now I'm in this desert place. I think I accidentally triggered the skill and it teleported me back to my home point, now it's recharging. I still can't work out how to use the other skills...

I have installed the english patch but none of the NPC dialogue is translated, or any of the menu text. Just some stuff is english. Is this normal?

Also, this might seem like a dumb question, but I cannot work out how to talk. :|

EDIT: I have worked out how to use the skills now! However, I'm still unsure as to how I would've done that tutorial thing when it was pointing at a teleportation skill...?

Press ENTER to talk.
if you're in a party press ENTER > type "/p" > ENTER
and you will be able to speak to party..more of them
/s(NORMAL TALK)
/g(GUILD TALK)
/w [name of character](WHISPER TO SOMEONE)

/n Normal Talk not "/s"

Hey, just read your post about the tutorial. If it was a button on the bottom right that teleported you to the desert then that was the skip tutorial button. And if I remember correctly the arrow on the skill slot one was to put a skill in it from your skill menu, which should be the K button. Sorry if I'm way off, I'm just going by how I remembered working out the tutorial. You assign skills to the slots by dragging the skill from your menu onto your skill bar. Hope that helps. Again sorry if I'm off, and I'm assuming you're talking about the tutorial where you should be at Kami's house. Have fun. ^.^

My bad. lol I just noticed your post about working out the skills. Sorry, but yeah I'm pretty sure the teleporting button you're talking about was the skip tutorial button. However there should be a teleporting skill with a purple head, it takes you back to the statue with a purple face on the top of it. There are multiple ones, and you can select which one to teleport to, though you can only teleport back to that one until you select another one. And the purple head skill takes a long time to cool down.
