I went into West city for the first time and found an Event Manager NPC, Which had the following item:

My question was, What is this item?

it gives a gold key for gold chest(contains items lv31-50). You should open it immediately, it has a cooldown of 4hrs.. in other words u get a gold key for every 4hrs.
