Hello and sorry to bother you all, but I've stumbled upon a little problem at the very start of my 'journey'.

I downloaded the client, the latest updates, installed them all, clicked on the small button on the right of the launcher, applied the English language patch and pressed the "Start" button on the launched and... nothing happened. Nothing launched nor anything.

Any ideas?

(This is the last step, as I already have an account with Wasabi)

You sure your computer can run DBO? What button at the right of the launcher? After pressing START, does it show up on the task manager?

Yes, it can, the requirements aren't all that high and my laptop is pretty strong. The button "on the right" is the one that, at least according to one of the guides I've seen, finalizes the updates.

And no, it does not show on the task manager.

You dont need to press the button on the right of the launcher, If Its the button im thinking it resets the last patch installed, try running in administrator mode, let it update, install the english patch and then start it.

Already done all of those steps, with no success whatsoever. Believe me, posting here was the last resort.

Well I have no other ideias, other than reinstalling the game. But wait for more opinion.

I noticed that my AVG keeps marking DBO.exe as a Win32/Themida virus and keeps sending it to the virus vault. May that be the issue? (I tried restoring the file, but it's being sent to virus vault after a few seconds)

thats the problem so here's what you gotta do:
-Open up Avg and click on tools
-then click on Advanced Settings
-under Resident Shield click on excluded items and add the file
