Hey guys, i just wanna know what does this item do or what is it meant for???

this item add +8 upgrade points on any of your wep for 1 day(Red)
same tickect but blue do same effect but only on gear :))
acctually for this tickect was the reason of server shut down :///

Soooo. It said that its gonna be +8 for 1 day , i logged in today , and i saw that not only +8 expired but my wep has expired, so i bought a new weapon. BUT i can't disequip that expired weapon, i try to drop it , but it doesnt drop . WTF??!?! can someone help me with this?

lol, that has to be a bug.. your weapon expired ? that's not possible

So what should i do? Contact Gm's or something?

have onother "ticket" but cant be upgrate while its "in use", must take out to upgrate right? i hav this bug to and dont known what to do then... somebody can speak Chinese GM to fix this zzz
