many publisher in this world need to release this game (usa, australia, my country, and more). but NTL & Toriyama-san, still not give the license to them until this game successful at Korea, China, Japan. so, if they has got it. and they will give permission to the publisher who wanted to release this game in their respective countries. but not just any publisher, they just gave to you are able. as we know, Wasabii instantly became a top publisher in Taiwan (no.3), because they released this game. so do not be surprised someday there is the English language version.
