Hi everybuddy i was just wondering if someone can provide me with a tutorial of donating,i dont know if it needs a full account,i dont even know what it is and also i dont know how to make one.Any ideas?
i found a way to activate it in the taiwanese site can i still do it without being from taiwan?

you need a full account to put wasabii points on it. and if you're donating ingame go to cash shop and click gift

but still it needs ID,im not going to put it.So i need an alternate way.

Then no cash shop. And you need a chinese id and # and you need to verify through the phone.
