you might be having some bad luck (happened to me)
the radar chip looks like a green square chip (and the DB mobs show up as a one-star dragonball on the mini-map)
the event is automatic (only at certain times though~check the official DBO website for those)

I Dont Get it, Arent the Dragon Balls Suposed to be Super Hard to Find..? So in DBO how long does it take to Find them.. Or does ur Dragon Radar Just Point to them in the Area your in..?

noo its hard to find them , u see like hundreds of those db icons
u need to search db icons ( mobs ) on map
& kill them if ur lucky u get a dragonball :)

You should get a little computer chip that you put in your scouter from the dragon Shenron. And to find out when the dragon ball events on you can look up a scedule online. In game there should be at the bottom right a square box with a 1 star ball picture which is the event. Then check your minimap alot and your see a little 1 star ball on the minimap go to it and there should be a mob you kill them and you have a chance to collect a dragon ball off them.

The best place to get the Dragon Balls are in dungeon or in places where there are High lvl Mobs... If you kill Super and Ultra you have more chance to drop

FINDING THE DRAGON BALLS IS EASY im level 9 and ive already got 2 dragonballs

So much /facepalm in this post.

Here, its very simple, if you are level 20ish and you have made a wish from shenron, and you press u, you should see 2 (or 3 if you're lucky) chips in your scouter. One is a yellow chip (quest finder), one is green, the green one is the DB finder, yesterday there was a DB Hunt, so if you were lucky, you would have seen a dragon ball in your minimap. Also, to answer the question i know is coming, not all monsters marked with a DB on the map will drop one.

There isn't just One dungeon, for example one is in the human's map at the top right side you will see a big Gate with some kind of whirpool, That's a dungeon ! Or in Korin's forest in the top left side of the map, There's a castle where a little girl is the guard of another "whirpool" That's another Dungeon. You just need to go to the right dungeon for your lvl. If you see the name of the mobs in grey, means that they are too low lvl for you and you have a tini tiny chance with them to drop a dragon ball.
