there is a chip used for scanning on quests that you get after the tutorial.

i think i skipped the tutorial and have not got this chip, im level 18 now in the original map, does anyone know where i can get it from?

You can buy this chip at any scooter merchant. It is on the second tab (first tab is scouters), and it is the only chip you can buy :) a yellow and rectangular one.

thanks mate! so hard when the merchants and things arent translated and errors and things come up that make no sense :'(
