Im aware that skill resets from 1-30 are free, I dont know where to find the person/vendor whos gives/sells these so could you tell me? Im sorry for asking, I could only find older threads about when you had to buy the resets in the Korean version. Also, Im new. Hello.

The skill resets arent free from 1-30, they are sold by the master npcs(i.e. spiritualist master, warrior master, etc.)

Hmm, that's rather weird though. I've actually had myself successfully purchase a skill reset at Lv 31, could someone please clarify this?
