yea my scouter broke and i dnt know were to go to fix it (or if it can be fixed)

Just go to a weapons or armor vendor. You can repair it there

Yes, when you click in ahmmm for example Goods Merchant, you will see 3 buttoms in the bottom, It's the middle one
