the thing is , I 've been looking all around for items that reduce the time of all the dot in this game for less then 1s.

Why is that. A lot of chineses are using it and locking their equipments, i cant find that kind of additional on the action house.

After you use your dot on those people it goes away in less then one second.not to mention they can spamm pots without cooldown either.

So the question is, hack or really rare equipments?

Might be equipment but i could be wrong

Ive heard there are pots in the cash shop that have little to low CD. as for the dot effect maybe its an effect from crafted armor but that is just a guess.

actually , easy explain to me, I actually thrown some of those rings away , and they are worth 30m! they came from the box event

there are cash shop items that you use that take away that type of thing pretty sure there in the Tshop too for like 8 tokens for 1

Maybe they got auto LP pots + using 4000lp pots ... that would explain everything?

actually , no it woudnt cause auto pots heal everything and he was healing 6k points everytime his lp reached 0(it took us all 3s) he was really strong, tanked us all, like 10 people all alone, with pots and stuff. But i guess he also used senzu beans

i have a full set of those rings too, but not all lvl 50, so DOT time is with me still 2.5 seconds xD

maybe u can show that rings u have on screen pls ?
