thats unlikely it will be enough to 1 hit a good SK full physical defence and property, and 99-100% anti crit.
But for the sake of the argument, if the crit is enough to 1 hit the SK, then SK will lose.
(MA will die too, but the SK gets the loss~~ )
In budokai it would be draw so 1:1 XD Because i was fighting pretty good SM in the torunament long time ago and we both died and they called it a draw and the result was 1:0 for me but after that draw its 2:1 :P

im playing karma majin and when was on plat and turtle did Gkameha on me with crit i died, he had 1lp so nikolassj u right :P
