Okay, but are you sure it's about KSSN/Name being wrong or maybe i have something wrong with language pack or IE ? Because when i click on box to accept info it dont even load or anything just instantly gives error

It's possible that could be your problem if you didn't set things up correctly. If you're just going down a list of KSSNs it's also possible that the entire list is bad.

Forgive me for not looking through 103 pages to find this answer.

When putting in the Adult name and KSSN, A pop comes up that says this:

"Blindness is no authentication. Please check your information again."

I have tried several different KSSN/Name combinations, as well as the year starting before 65. Any clue on what to do?

Are you sure you've done all of the stuff with the language pack correctly? You can check by downloading this: http://app.gomtv.com/gomenc/20091014...CODERSETUP.EXE

All you need to do is run it and pick Korean. If everything is good you should see Korean text on the next window (you can close it after that, you don't need to install it). If that's not your problem then all I can suggest is to keep trying different Names/KSSNs.

Yes, I see korean text (as opposed to rectangular boxes I assume), so it seems I have the pack correctly installed.

What "Blindness" is this error even referring to?
