You guys can say whatever you want, but this **** is just another update to scamm us....especially the non-cashers!!!
They make something which was free for all since the beginning of DBO cash shop based just to make money....same **** happened to pet system! They only think about the cashers cuz they are the Kings of DBO....and the non-cashers just get scammed cuz they can't use the full system of the update -.-'
They could add a Day and Night system, or add something new to fly ability (will be cash shop too -.-') or make something different to make all players a bit happier...and not something which ruins DBO!
And ppl who are happy cuz SK's cant use that much anti crit anymore so they can kill them with crits, create a SK and troll them with Anti crit or dont fight them...problem 100% solved xD
We seriously should write them that we dont want that ****......seriously, this will crap DBO so bad.....

calm down calm down. its not like the scouter system was benefiting non-cashers in the first place. yes cashers get a edge, its the same with any free game you get to play. |

form 5-6k to 70-80k when crit ? trololo, you have 200% crit DMG each weapon ?
max multipler for fighter is around x6 ( 70lvl +12 pole vs my 5k m.def + props do 5k DMG, crit is 30k )
and about 200k DMG to full prop/5k def guy... it isnt possible even with +15 sword ( maybe on guard crash )
BTW what NTL doing, remove 59% anticrit from scouter will be biggest NTL's fail.
Yes, maybe it give chance vs SKs, but only for fighters/SMs, SK still gona own rest classes ( imagine crit on you from +12 axe with 2x 33% crit -.- )
Soon budokai will be like:
Ro32 - 5SKs, 8SMs, 18fighters, 1 random class
Ro16 - 1SK, 2SMs, 13fighters
Ro8 - 8 fighters
Semi- 4 fighters
Finals - fighter vs fighter
cool fight fighter vs fighter -> dodge -> dodge -> dodge -> dodge -> dodge -> dodge -> dodge -> dodge -> dodge -> dodge -> dodge -> dodge -> dodge -> CRIT we got winner -.-
If they dont add something instead of anticrit chips then many players will leave this "game" including me.
and what we will get for chips ?

I know I know but the other games are better balanced xD
And trust me, they will make something with this update so cashers get much better stuff than non casher.
(With much better stuff i mean maybe a better scouter than the rest, which has more abilities)

and no , i have a dende and a dende without anti crit , is ..... nothin , he cant handle dmg , cant atk , so he just watch and die

I think SM's won't become stronger....even if sk's haven't anti crit...
Fighters crit much more since that 70 update....they crit more than a sword...A friend of me (fighter) crits 40-50k
ok is not that much but i only crit with sword (and with much luck) 36k....and fighters still have their dodge pot -.-

u know that SM +15 of Hk do over 200k dmg on 5000 def he go full Prop doesnt care about bleed since he can lock u , if Crit +15 Sword 33%x2 200k dmg back crit
THATS ........not selfish thats madness , u also would never win against Tw/hk/Locals in general , they are faster then u , and u will get 1 shot every time

your story very lame, my karma not using anti-crit, i often got hit from fighters or sm with +15 sub and glove lv70 in db scramble. they only do 5k - 8k dmg on me, and 35k dmg in crit, my physical def just 4763.
5000 physical def = majin tmq 7 armor full +13. and very strong. |

meh.. from what you can see they very strong..? you know, if you look players in karin arena (kr), they just new comer. strong players never login, except budokai, scramble, dojo war. |

i never seen MMO games is full free in service, except private server or fans made. if you dislike with renewal system, you can leave from dbo. so, your problem 10000% solved. |
