hmm... sorry but I do not know what you mean.
On Close beta all players has 10,000 Cash shop points and all players have autopots.
If you want you can turn on 15 red(lp) autopots in the same time.
All players in all team in budokai have enabled 15 lp autopots or 13 lp-2 ep.
On Open beta autopots have only players who use Cash Shop $$$$.
Of course will be posible buy autopots on the auction house or get it on events etc.
I say 80% becouse this taiwan player was not sure.
