Hi everyone, new here! I'm having problems creating an account, hope you can give me a hand with this. I've read both guides and tried creating a 12-14 year old account but i get this error after filling out the adult part:

Does anybody know what this means? at first i thought it was the "invalid nickname" thingy, but when I looked closely I noticed it isn't and I cant copy it to a translator so... I'm pretty much stucked.

Wow, thanks for replying so fast! Just one thing, do you mean get another 12-14 KSSN and create another account? or just another adult KSSN for the adult part?

I have a few questions to clear things up for me.

When making the account, does the number you sign up with have to match the number you enter for the verification?

Also, not sure if I understood correctly, but you need a 15+ account to play, but... you can play with a 12-14 account if a parent KSSN is entered? Or is the 12-14 useless for DBO no matter what?

No it doesn't have to match and the entering of an adult KSSN is one of the steps for an age 12-14 account. You must complete all of the steps to create a working account.

Do you know if they give you a time limit in which to input the verification sent to the cell number?

Kinda like how they did with the e-mail verification.
