I think i has something to do with pets becouse when i was in my pet list i kinda pressed on that itam and it inserted near pet skill maby its that itam that lets pets level up... :/ Also i tryed pressing on it too but nothing happened.

i think with that item you can rest your pet skill

It's not the M item that helps increase your pet evolution by 30%. That looks completely different.
It probably has something with resetting skills.
