Hey! I have 2 dragonballs, ( I just started playing yesterday ) and then I got to level 9, and now I have to get the third one. BUT I can't. I know I'm supposed to go the the dog NPC (3E22C2) and then he will direct me to another quest to the capsule girl. Then she will give me the quest to the third dragonball. But I can't get the quest. Whenever I try to talk with both of them, but neither of them have anything. Just some text that pops up (Which I can't read ofc)

Anyone have the answer to this one? :(

I have been stuck with this thing for a while and cannot figure out what object I need, the only things I can see there are some plants but the game does not let me talk to them or whatever

Check inventory for Quest item

You level may be too low, or you may have gotten the wrong chain quest. The NPC can have multiple quests, so its possible you have missed the chain for that particular one or your level is too low for it currently.
