it looks that way and i personally for my own selfish reasons am pretty happy about it because it means im not going to miss it unless something unforeseen happens. if it was this month i would be away and unable to play.

when it comes out in japan will it need anything that you need that you can only get if your a japan citizen to make an account and play

Unknown. We only have information on the Korean release so far. Japanese and International will have to wait a while longer.

No u dont need anything like a kssn to create a japanese netmarble account so u can create it from anywhere so when they have DBO it will probly be easy to play , but that is only if it would be released on japanese netmarble if not information is unknown

You wont need anything like a kssn but i think that you will have to do some king of IP test, so they can be sure your japanese.

Not all Japanese people live in Japan, so they won't check your IP

Japan isn't as strict as Korea. They probably won't do anything to prevent the non-Japanese from playing.

So technically we can all play Japanese Open Beta when it comes out?
Only everything will be in Japanese, and we wont be able to use our characters
on European servers... I can live with that for the game!

as i said earlier its the country thats keeping people from playing not the developer and last time i checked japan didnt seem to mind sharing games with other countries so it should be fine ;)

I'd like Japaneese beta to start soon, so I'll be able to play with my brother (if they don't ask for personal information, of course).
