If you get a pop-up error message that isn't mentioned below: hit ctrl+c (doing this will copy all of the text in the pop-up box) and then paste the text into a translator.
If you're getting errors when asked to enter the Adult KSSN for a 12-14 account it almost always means you need to find another KSSN as that KSSN has either been used already or is too young to be considered an adult.
