i got 2 an mailed it to my char these are gonna sell so much on AH


so wait its not that u have to get to level 10 then get the item and use it but get the item the day after u make the char then send them to whoever and big bucks

for anyone who still doesnt understand:

1) make a character after the event starts and before it ends

2) according to what happened to tarble you dont need to level them to 10 to get it just to use it

3) 2 is how many you get per account regardless if you make another character

4) names dont matter as i was name "mlgpronoob" which are english characters

5) they do not bind so you can send them to characters who were created before the event

6) you will recieve the item a day later in taiwan not the same day

Some people say logging out then logging in works,and you will get the mail.

i tried logging in and out dont work for me

what if i just created an account...i made 2 characters...or u need to have old account whit new charcater O.O ...is gonna work ? just wondering -.-"

yea,it will,any character will get the item eventually as long as it was made after the event started and before the end of it.

oke...tnx... one more question... im not sure so is better to ask and be sure.... u need to be necessary lvl 10 to get the mail OR between 1 and 10 ?

any lvl,but you can only use it at lvl 10.
