this error i postet comes when i have the kssn and the name post and want to go to step 3 but when i click on the button then comes this error

I've marked every single page as a step in my guide. If you want help you'll need to be clear and refer to the page your stuck on the same way I refer to them in the guide.
If I had to guess, I'd say you're either on
step 4 on
step 6.
If you're on step 4 then you should re-read what step 4 says as that step is very straight forward.
If you're on step 6 then the problem is probably with your name and KSSN. As it says in step 6, you will get no help with finding a name and KSSN on this site. The only advice you'll get is to use Google and keep trying.
