yes you can enter ..bu from floor 1 ..tthe ticket has a number in its name ..for ex 51 ...so you can start from floor 51 ...and about selling ..it depends if it can be sold ...i never tried to sell one ..always use them ....

you can just look in auction house..there should be plenty of them there .
just right click the auction house , right click the chest u want to search , and then click on "search" in the auction house menu.
