Ugh I give up, I honestly did everything, I found adult KSSN's, the generator didn't work at all unless I made it so I was under 14 in which case I NEEDED and adult KSSN to register my account but every time I put one in I didn't get an error message or anything it just loaded, said done and nothing happened, I've done this for maybe 10 hours at least in the past 2 days I've read everything you've said carefully and closely followed every step I used Internet Explorer and Firefox I had more luck with Firefox but IE didn't cut it even with Korean installed onto it, I have no ****ing clue, I didn't really think you had to sign up from the damn Korean website from the beginning when I installed it...

Now I remember you saying at some point Cit if you 'do it right' you wont need an adult KSSN, but the main post is confusing since it makes it seem like you do, so do you or do you not? If not what exactly do you DO to avoid having to use an adult KSSN.

Note: Stuck at step 6 ONLY when I make the code say I'm under 14.

The guide explicitly says you cannot use a generated adult KSSN and that the KSSN you generate in step 4 is a child's KSSN. So no, you can't use a generated child's KSSN as a real adult KSSN.

As you may have noticed when generating your KSSN, the age of the KSSN is represented by the first 6 numbers of the KSSN. I believe the age difference they're looking for is 20 years (for that person to be considered an adult to the child's KSSN you generated); meaning you'll need to find the real KSSN (along with the name) of someone who is around 35.


What does "didn't cut it" mean? You should be using IE for the entire process. Any problems with forms not working correctly is most likely caused by you not using IE.


I've never said that in reference to the current version of the guide. If step 6 wasn't a requirement then it wouldn't be in the guide. What I do say is (at step 4):

I mean that it didn't get the job done either, but I had more luck with the process using Fire fox, I may not have a properly installed working korean language format or what ever it's called, but if I don't the only other places I've checked I had to pay, and one I installed was even worse, so if there is something stopping me from this it's likely that. But it displays all the korean characters fine and doesn't give me any errors to hint at it being the issue.

Well anyway, before I go ahead and jump to conclusions I'm going to try and find a different install, now that I found a free one. And I'm going to try this.

Ok these I believe are ALL Real adult KSSN's, Citrinate was right only IE works but if you don't have the Korean language pack you can install it here = http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/e...4-620b0447839d

And MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ADULT KSSN IS AT LEAST 20 YEARS OLDER THAN THE KSSN YOU CHOSE TO MAKE YOUR ACCOUNT (example if you chose a KSSN with 98, look for one in the list that is 78 - 77, 76, 75, etc.) If you generated the Kid KSSN right, downloaded the language pack, used the adult KSSN and then followed the rest of the steps you SHOULDN'T have any issues.
