They wont. The usually give like 2-4 a month now. I never bought a reset book because they gave me enough

im a lvl 38 swordsman this my build and i think its really crapy so i wanted to change it but i guess the skill reset is expensive as crap so i have no idea what to do

Nope, the only other way would be events. If you play KR this wouldn't be problem because all players have like 10 and they give them out like crazy. If you play HK and TW, well i haven't really heard of many events that gave away skill resets.
