I did and I did a lot of quests but none involved the 3 star dragonball

yea dude im missing 3rd from first set also and i went everywere- But there is this one quest that im stuck inside this cave to kill a mob- cant find the dang mob, Im guessing this is the chain quest to the 3rd ball darn

The dragonballs aren't in chain quests. An you have two circles on the map which one are you talking about?

The red arrow aka were my character is.

There isn't a mob there, there is an NPC there and you have to click and examine it

There is a little girl there and if you cant talk to here then you havent unlocked it yet- You have to do quests in the area around here, i think the second zone in the newb island. Your right its not a chain quest but i know somthing unlocks it.

yeah you have to speak to the dog cop that's next to te teleporter on your right (200 metres)

Im pretty sure thats were It is, but i may be wrong, Thats just were i remember were i found one of the first ones in that camp.
