the first link is about papaya release. nothing said about attack speed.
the second link is from netmarble, i cant read that but i doubt somewhere there is stated that the speed is capped at 100%.
the last link is about korean updates and i forgot to mention but i was asking for taiwanese.
so i still dont have an answer but what i can tell from my personal experience is that the speed dont have any cap (at least not capped at 100%) on taiwan version
...I don't see anything there stating 100% being the speed cap. Is there someone who actually TRIED raising their speed beyond an extra 100% and did not see it get any faster?
