Where in the hell did you get that number? DBO BEGAN development in '09. It didn't get a release until 2010 and 2011, respectively.
Explain yourself.

The point and click genre started roughly 10 years ago. The simple fact that dbo's core gameplay mechanics are behind those of popular games from ten years ago is why I say it is ten years behind in development. It is a sloppy game and updates are slow. By the time an EU/Na version is launched its core gameplay mechanics will be so outdated that it will lose its members very quickly.
There only three and three reason's why people still play dbo,
Drama, Friends, DB Nostalgia. Ask any veteran dbo player
(Veteran being someone who has played for longer then a year) they will tell you everything wrong with dbo, as they are no longer blinded by the new dragonball game hype.
The only way dbo will survive as a game is if it is completely restarted. It's game engine is ancient when compared to other mmo's of the time of this post.
