Thanks for this info! Are there actually other colored scouters with this stat or does only this red one has the db-stat? BEcause I honestly hoped for a blue scouter.


Okay, back to the scheduled squirrel-punching to get to level 30.

Well , More than one scouter has the stat , one even has as skull on it and looks badass [ in some dungeon dont remember which ] but the best scouter i encountered so far was the one in Porunga Rocks north [ Namek Starting Area ] Dragon Cave [ The dungeon there ] About halfway through you will find a scouter merchant [ if you have the Tp to Npc Pet skill it would be alot easier ] , It looks like Candy [ Well .. sorta .. ] And it has the most stats , including inspect and db chip [ no one knows what other stats it has ]

Naw, I'm not a fan of skull-adorned equipment. And candy ... well ... for me, a scouter has to look serious.
That red scouter you mentioned in Korin City will do - for now. But I hope that I will find a blue one with the stats.

Anyway:
The following quest shouldn't normally concern me anymore, since I'm way beyond its level, but after reading that the follow-up quest will yield the 4rd (and thus last missing) 12 slot capsule kit I'm trying to finish the quest desperately:



But the exact problem here is: The NPC, this "Roadside Turtle" isn't there! The info says something about the wolves in the area (at least I think it does, as the red name in the info matches with the name of the wolves) and marks the spot where the Turtle should be, but without the ability to read taiwanese that's it.
Already tried to switch channel, visited the place at various times and even camped him for around half an hour - all without result. At the wit's end here. At the wit's end ...

i Believe there are many other better scouters accounting to your taste
and as far as that quest goes , try changing channels , cause there was a turtle in that area that you get an escort quest from

Do you have any sort of Quest starting item in your inventory ?

Two, to be exact. But these 2 only started a quest each which I had to turn-in in Kokkara Village.
After that, the item staying in my inventory, so I banked them, because I wasn't sure if I still needed them.

Also 1 Quest item named "Pebble" which I'm stuck with since around level 5.

And various system quests that want me to do something but I don't know what exactly, because I can't read the untranslated quest-information.
