Underlined: Whatever you say boss. It's about as obtainable to him as killing Kraken solo. The intention was to not get his hopes up. Further more, you might want to check your reading comprehension.

Actually I believe scramble only has the level 70 wishes in it now (It does in KR, I don't know if it does for the rest of the versions) and you can wish for the level 60 equipment with tier 2 dragonballs. So it's pretty easily obtainable.
