No the one in Tokens is Turtle. The one in wagu wagu is King Kai. The logo can be seen on the Token one its Turtle logo.
if one is orange an the other is yellow then watch the anime and you'll see when they turn super saiyan it also in the games mystic/ultimate gohan has these two colours as his costumes becuase he doesnt have the ability to transform but you can still make it look like your transform however if it could the million different symbols goku wears in the show

He only has the Turtle symbol from DB till he dies for the first time.
He gets the Kaio symbol after that
And then I believe he just gets one with no symbol.
Yep. The one in the token menu is the Turtle school dogi whilst the one in the Waguwagu is the altered 'Kai' dogi Goku receives after he completes his training with King Kai. Then there's the dogi for Majins based off the parody series Neko Majin Z.
I've seen them all in game but sadly don't have a screen to offer atm. The yellowish colour of the dogi's is intentional to appeal more towards the shade of colour used in the manga.
