Never had that problem myself, but I've heard of people who did. These two:
The first person was able to solve it, but didn't say how and hasn't been around in 3 weeks. My only suggestion would be to start over from step 1 and see if you have any luck doing that. Also make sure the e-mail isn't getting marked as spam.
strangely enough when i try to type in random korean letters in my adress it tells me they sent me a message so i tried to make a mail with korean letters but sadly none of the providers allow korean letters in your email adress

Thnx bro gr8 guide i did it at last but the real problem is to get the code by a phone do u knw any Korean person who can help me with that cuz i dont know a single 1 so anything will be gr8ful!!!!
Hey Citri, I have one strange (or not so strange) problem. I got my KSSN but when I punch it in, it displays another user registered to it.
If Im not mistaken, you can register 3 accounts with one KSSN, how do I register my account? it only has one user, which means 2 more can join, but I tried every link and havent been able to do it.
If, when entering a real KSSN on this step, you do not go directly to step 8 then you cannot use that KSSN (either the KSSN has been used already or the KSSN is too young and requires additional authentication).

the KSSN I used is by a 14 year old (98er) so i dont need to enter a phone number right?
so why is it asking me for a phone number (after i press "Game Start" on the website just like in the last step)? do i have to do something more but registrating?
I made all steps including 9.. but it still asks for a phone number.. whats wrong?

IMPORTANT: Netmarble forces methods of authentication that foreigners cannot easily get around unless you're willing to find a Korean who will let you use their cellphone number.
