The only reliable way to bypass the authentication is by using a virtual phone line, but the only currently known service that offers a phone number that Netmarble accepts is Chinese. We can't get access to this service though without assistance from someone who is Chinese and I don't feel that it would be right to put the burden of doing that for all of us on anyone.

First I connected the site dbo netmarble ai after pressing f5 I left the Internet a bit slow putting several videos on youtube to let the slow internet, i was like a bug, oh the game start button was a little purple without the words "game start" ai clicked open the launcher, loaded it, and clicked start game and then created my char, I think this is a bug! but let's enjoy!

to make this bug is not necessary to wait 1-2 hours!

Did you attempt to authenticate your account at all? Because other people have tried that the same way and get an error message when starting up the game.
