thanks for this If you receive an error message saying that the output file can not be opened because the file is probably lang0.pak in the package folder is set to read only. To change this, right-click lang0.pak, click Properties, uncheck the box next to "Read Only" under the "General" tab, and click "OK."

Extract the patch on your desktop and the put it in program files/dbo_ct_tw/localize/TAIWAN/pack
