You can mail it to previously existing chars from your new one if you decide to make a new char to get the item.

i think u just have to get on a noob character before the event end and u get it mail to that character sometime later

well i created yesterday a char onm y main account he is level 5 now and got nothing. i created a new account with just a spiritualist level 3 now and i got the item :=) just make a new account!
