mOst annoying in all process of registration is that I have windows 7 professional which does not have option to change language to korean ;/ So even if I have working KSSN it will still be failed, maybe because od that, I don't know. How does displaying properly all text on site at the moment of typing in KSSN number can affect my chance to succesfuly pass this step?
If I can give working KSSN somebony Can create an account for me?

Windows 7 should have the Korean Language pack, have you tryed to insert the W7 DVD in your drive and installed the full language pack? I don't got Windows 7 yet so I don't know how if it works like that, but on XP I got the Korean language pack from my Windows CD

sure there is such a language pack, in all DVDs with Windows products You have all versions of their Windows from home up to Enterprise, there is just one config file in DVD which is set to display one type of Windows installation on insert, but if YOu delete it from image and burn on DVD You have window before installation asking which version You want to install, and Windows 7 have option to change language interface only from Ultimate and up versions, so when You go in W7 Prof. to control panel and language settings, where this option should be, there is nothing ;/
And my i-though-to-be-working KSSN sucked, tried in work to do this and it was registered already ;<. I'm losing hope if I will try this game before English release T3T

BTW Jeraf took this guide and added it to his sites wiki. Was added 1 day ago by him.
As for Windows 7 it should come with korean locale as a choice.
