I'm now 8lvl and i created that account when event starts. When i will be 10lvl i will tell you if that event works

Dew says he made it after and he got nothing at lvl 10

That's because Dew's account was made long ago before this event.Seems like you need not just a newly made character,but also the account needs to be new.

So the event didn't start yet, i bet we need a maintenance first.

Well,that's weird O.o,if it's true that we had so little time to make an account before the event started to actually get from 10 to 33,then this is a trololol job well done XD.
