I'm not blaming cit. He has the authority to take this website down if he wants to. He can at least make it a rule or better yet post something saying All threads should be posted in their correct forum. If you have a problem do not post it in gameplay or general discussion, post it in your version discussion.

I understand your concerns wholeheartedly. Usually, I'm the one who does a whole heck of a lot of moving threads from the General Discussion areas and such to their proper forums, but I've been out a lot due to the fact that I'm spending some time with my granny. Another mod or two would certainly help, as even I can't be everywhere at once. I actually went and moved half of the threads from the General Discussion area over to their proper places as soon as I got home this evening. It's very difficult for the handful of staff members we have to really get things done.
This isn't something you should be bothered about, though. It's just a result of the fact that we have a large number of newcomers (and, indeed, noobs) on the forums here. These people are the kind of folks who haven't read the rules anyway, like half of the people who post in threads saying that they want to be Super Saiyans.

I was already on the edge of moving to netmarble.net thanks to the fact that many of the KR members on this site already did, i had to say something so every KR player on this site doesn't move. I got pushed over the edge and had to make this thread when i was literally on the crack between dbocom and netmarble.net and after i saw a post telling all KR members to go to netmarble.net and that this site was meant for TW and not for KR members.
As for mods, i would be glad to help, i'm already a contributor for skill calculator. (Probably not going to happen anytime soon but can't blame me for trying :D)

I really don't understand what the point of this thread is...The mods all work really hard to keep this site clean. Considering we have hundreds of posts and threads a day that we have to delete, move, or watch for flamming I'd say we do a good job. Many of the members of this site continue to post the same stuff day in and day out in all the sections. Some we do not see right away or slip through the cracks but for the most part we run the forums correctly.
As for the KR part you are over a year late on that and I don't see what is the big deal. The community decided as a whole and voted to move primarily to the Taiwan version for numerous reasons. The fact that TW is the main version played is because THE COMMUNITY decided to move there. If you don't like it you should have voiced your opinion a year ago. Complaining about it isn't going to do anything, just have fun in whatever version you play be it TW, KR, or HK.
So unless you have some useful stuff to actually say in here that will actually help the community or help us make it better I'm not far away from just closing/deleting this thread.

I'm sorry if i upset any mods or other members, i realize that most mods didn't know what this thread was really about, I made this thread mostly because i was worried about our members and i didn't want all of our KR members to leave like many already have.
You can close this thread if you want to just don't delete it because we don't need any more responses, we just need players to look over this thread and mods should look over it too.

If kr players are leaving because a tw says so. Then that's their problem for being pushed around not ours. We delete move close and edit as we see fit. But as we have a few hundred posts a day and only a small handfull of mods plenty of stuff we miss. We don't activly search every thread. We check our email for reported posts then browse the threads that interest us.
More mods wouldn't hurt. Especially since I'm without computer foe a few months and ishali is busy with school { which I think will be done soon).
But of course this is up to citrinate. He won't take recomendations for more mods. When he sees we need more help he will ask for people to send him an application. Then he will narrow down his results to around 5 or 10 then discuss those choices with the other mods.
Mod or not everyone can help by reporting posts and threads that have something wrong with them. As we will see that a lot faster then someone posting "move this thread". Just don't abuse the button as I see a lot of people doing lately.
Tldr ignore ignorant players and help the mods by reporting
