-_- i downloaded that thing and still nothing!!!!. the only thing that's changed is that i can see the icon in my folders and desktop, BUT NOTHING IN THE TOOL! is there something else i can download?
-.- unpack all the .pak then YOU CAN SEEE ALL THE ICON AND TEXTURE WITHOUT ANY PROGRAM. OMG!?

That's for viewing it in windows explorer. I am kind of mind blown right now that you can't figure this out. I really don't know what else to tell you, everyone told you like a bunch of different ways to view it as sophisticated as they could.
