Doesn't supreme kai have those puffs on the shoulders? That looks more like the one Supreme kai gave to gohan. Either way, I guess it would still be considered supreme kai dogi.

Well if you are going to go in depth about it. When I watched the episodes back I noticed that only North Supreme Kai, Elder Kai and East(Shin) had the "puffs". South, West, and Kibito did not have them. When Shin and Kibito fused they lost them. All the ones with the "puffs" had the blue Supreme Kai dogi....What does this mean? All the Kai's with the "puffs" seemed to be the leaders of the other Kais. Perhaps it has some sort of higher class rank by wearing the puffs lol.
