Why would you think that it will end? The worse they can do is close the servers for a long time not end it and if they do end it there is always the Korean servers :)
Yes your characters will stay. IT IS OPEN BETA. Your characters are just going to be transferred to real real game when it's released. Also the game isn't ending tomorrow. Why would they have events still going on to get 2 characters to 30 for the third slot if it's going down. Common sense. It's just a routine maintence every Thursday.

I also heard level cap is being raised on July 10th to level 50, then to level 55 overtime. Some Chinese were talking about it.

Wait, if the level cap is being raised on that date, maybe after this maintenence the Character cap will be raised.
No the level cap won't be raised after this. This is just server maintence,w here they fix glitches and bugs, not content updates where they add new content and change things around.
