I have done this and it does work I made an account and got the item before i was level 10 via mail, you can sell the item and send it, i got mine in 24hrs and im not sure if the item disappears after the 7th

umm you cant sell a level up

People just have to create a character,any character,leave it at any level,and eventually you WILL get the item on it.And the event closes at the 7th.

I said it before and I'll say it again,G.Ms send the items manually,so you can imagine how much time it would take to send to every single account made per day,right?

I'm not sure if we can still use the items after the 7th though :S

Can't tell you how much,but you can find them in AH by typing "LV" in the search bar.

I hear they're as low as 3 mil now. There goes my skill reset book. :C
