Shinto do you have korean font pack installed? scouter seems to be fine for everyone i have asked and myself, also tomasje that part cant be translated as it is serverside/textures =-\ but what i do to see what they give is check out skill list on this site.

maybe not, take a screen of it and post it in pizzapie's topic item appraisal service or something of that nature, he may be able to help you out.

A good way of checking is just have your stats window open, then equip or unequip jewelry to see any changes. Can't guarantee this works but it does for the regular clothes equips. :p

All jewelry I've seen has some sort of special stat (like it will guard you against poison or something). I have a list of some of them @ http://www.dbocom.com/guides.php?t=344#stats

update for todays patch, not 100% sure if it works seeing as the game is down. Download at your own risk... if it doesnt work i will update it tomorrow with working copy
