Yes, you should. It seems to be different for some people, but I've never had problems if I unpatch before updating, whereas I do if I don't unpatch. I would play it safe and unpatch and remove any mods before you update.

The maintenance is not finished yet. Just be patient, and remove any language patches and mods before you update your game and it should be fine.

thx dude :) just needed to know i already uninstalled everything and unpatched the game i had the english patch.
