I think with that ticket you can get your weapon or armour to +6.

You might be right because getting +0 to +6 is easy and gettting to +7 is hard.

You get them randomly because i got 2 from normal monsters.

Yep. I got mine from normal mobs as well.

I think these were mentioned in the patch notes?

Forgot to mention, I had to buy a 700CC key to open it.

At the upgrade shop you can currently trade upgrade stones and pure stones for the new kind if you looked at that list you might be able to figure out what it does
