Some people say that works, but using proxy is good too ;)

And this block wears off after half an hour or so.

okay thank you, how long do you think takes this?
and should it work if i restart my router?

Depends on your ISP and whether or not you have a static IP address. Just Google "How do I use a proxy in (your_browser_here)" and then pick a proxy from this list: http://www.proxy4free.com/page1.html

All questions are to be asked in the guide thread, but that image means you are using a kssn that is 18+, if you actually read the damn guide you would know to only use 1 between the age 17 and 15. All kssn 18+ require you to verify through phone, credit card, or mail that you are the real person.

for those who get ip blocked just use hotspot shield (the best proxy around, not a website proxy but program)

I'll just post what I already posted and add some things along the way.
I do wish to have an account... I tried many times to create one, the only thing that seems to block me is that I don't have any Korean system fonts on my computer. I use XP btw, so I downloaded AppLocale.

Any way to get a Korean system font in my system aside from the SP3 cd, which I don't have?

Also, there's the matter of the KSSN. I'm not going to ask for one, seeing as it's already difficult to get one. I know what the first 6 characters are, and that the 1st character of the 2nd digits determine the sex of the person.

Now I know that the last digits means the place the person was born, but only, is there a specific way to know how? Like, how to arrange numbers to know exactly where? Because otherwise, your KSSN will be totally random.

Yes, I tried a generator. Didn't worked.

Any help pwease?

You cannot create a KSSN. It must be real. More information on how to look for real KSSNs can be found very simply using Google.

I looked, but it's all "Korean" to me. Puns suck, I know.

Is there any good guides as to how to get one easily? Because I've been searching all night for one last night.

Also, I can't get past the first screen where you input your name and your KSSN. When I click the orange box, a pop-up windows happen and a line says something I don't understand.

What am I doing wrong? I switched my locale to Korean through AppLocale for sure... Is it the Korean font?

Help!!!!!

Oh yeah, and I ended up with my IP being blocked. So I have to wait for a while before trying again.

The problem is you need a 100% real kssn, with the matching name, no fakes at all. If you didn't realize it by now a kssn is a social security number. They are not supposed to be easy to find, and are extremely illegal to fraud(make accounts with)
