The impression I got was that the idea of the event is to entice new players into playing the game and streamline the level up process for them. Therefore, I'm expecting the item to appear only to players who've made new accounts and reach lvl 10 within the time period. It may be possible for the item to be distributed the day after your character reaches lvl 10, but again I'm expecting them to be distributed at the end of the event period.

Yes, but you're an existing player who already has knowledge and experience about the game so you already know the locations and the best method to lvl your character. A new player wouldn't have all that so lvling would take a bit longer. Sure a dedicated new player may be able to achieve the same result if they commit enough time to it within the event period but this is about streamlining the process for new players so they don't have to spend all those hours playing the game.

Oh lol, when i first started playing i got lvl30 in 2~3 days (the game isn't hard to figure out)...
And at the translation there's something about mail, so idk if there's a possibility to receive the item from mailbox like the other previous event that you could get an item from mail for spending wagu coins (my friend Benito got a lvl53Pole from mail).

But you can make a lot of accounts and a lot of characters with 10lvl before the end of the event and then you will have all characters lvl 33 XD

Guys the item should be in one of the little gifts that you get from the begining (remember the gift that gives u motorbike) i remember getting this item from a gift in OB4 :)
