My SK and dende were trash and ticketed, mainly played for fun and to hang with guild but I agree with the list I guess, I look at it differently though would be nice to make a list for the ticketed and non-ticketed peeps it got out of control quick especially when the 15's came out for 250 gold things and other tickets were dirt cheap, after a day of spamming cell\kraken I got enough zeni for months of tickets :) close too or max stat gear +tickets is "op" enough to have a chance and fun not thinking about accessories not like those were hard to get. Off to BF4 on PS4 peace!

I dissagree with this list ( all positions ) why ? becouse by "best PvP foregines" i understand strategy(moves+selecting gear) + skill ( if someone play perfect or often make mistakes/bad moves),
I dont count:
- gear upgrades becouse you can got this by PvE / cash / another way ( scam/make deals in game etc ) which have nothing to be good in PvP
- How many times someone got X (#1,#2,#3 ) budokai place becouse many people did it with cheat ( crash/autopot ), bought fight ( pay for let win ), friend let someone win, or just luck ( no oponent/many noobs in a row )

By the way its hard to make list like that even if game still ON, different game balances gave huge adventage to some ppl and nerfed anothers. You put on list few people which quited game time ago before server close, even before max lvl cap (70) i dont know how you compare people from 55lv to 70lv... Its also hard to compare different classes best example would be me, dende-PvE class and you compare it to fighters when at end of game +12(ticket) fighter could 1 shot me with FULL +15 MELE def set MAX stats of con ( NTL logic xD )

My TOP5 ( with RANDOM order selected by SKILL+BRAIN excluding achivements, gears, me :P )

And that how many times that time foghter won 1st ? xD fighters that time just killed yourself vs reflect SK, after scouter gone game went the opposite extreme. ( i have vid solo vs 5x MA 60~70lv, after scouter gone i bet i would die like noob from just one )
