Did you do every quest that the afro guy gives you for the start when you are lvl 15?

Once you did everything he gives you then you can start the lvl 25 quests with the other afro guy near Korin tower. |

I had to of..I did every quest in that zone. The affro guy could have given me a quest at the base of korin tower, but it doesn't lead me anywhere after that. Are there other npc's you talk to in between quests?? Because I abandoned all quest before my adult quest, then I went to korin tower after I was done, no affro guy quests, and I visted namek, and all 3 towers, and no quests from those specific npcs.
can anyone help?

Ok.. I just got 30, did my class quest, got fighter and no flight quest...I've been doing it since 15 but the affro guy at the base of korin tower isnt giving me any quest, the namek in town isnt either, and there are no quests at the 3 npcs at the 3 towers. Where the heck did I go wrong and how to I figure out where the heck I am??

How many Flight scrolls did you get ?
There should have been two level 15 scrolls and one [ or possibly two ] Level twenty scrolls
Check to see if you got them , Having them all would suggest that you completed the level 15 & 20 flight quests , if you don't have them and don't know where the quests are , i would suggest that you use your scouter to locate quests and do as many as you can in the starting map |

I figured it out! There was something in my inventory that I had to delete, then the affro man at the level 15 area gave me a quest...finally...

If you had read this you would have seen he was an adult when attempting this quest. |

I never said it directly to him. It was just a statement for further reference. Other people may be experiencing problems as well, and not be adult. |

Check if your inventory is full or not , if it is delete or store some useless items and try to obtain he quest , also make sure that you have finished the level 15 and 20 quests before trying to get the level 30 flight skill
