try re-installing it and running it as admin or re-install and run dbo.exe admin. REMEMBER: DELETE DBO AND ITS FOLDER THEN RE-INSTALL. Make sure u dont download the english patch until you can play. What I mean is if u are able to play the game download the english patch then, because having the eng patch before u test the game out can mess up ur game. Hit thank user is helpful

Ok then your file should be located here:

Windows 7-x32 (32bit): C:\Program Files\DBO_CT_TW

Windows 7-x64 (64bit): C:\Program Files\DBO_CT_TW

Just whenever you get to the file, don't go to C:\Program Files\DBO_CT_<Version>\localize\<VERSION>\pack
Just go to C:\Program Files\DBO_CT_<Version>\ --- If you have Hong Kong your folder isn't gonna be in "Program Files" It's just going to be in your "Local Disk" in a folder named "Game", otherwise for Taiwan it will be in the first location (C:\Program Files\DBO_CT_TW\localize\TAIWAN\pack)

Edit.2:Just so were clear, were talking about where your DBO.exe file is, its usually a space or two above the DBOLauncher.exe

Thank you Goku2113 and Uubazao. I actually didn't have the folder so I uninstalled the bloody thing and installed it again BUT, I didn't use uTurrent I used "Flash get" and it had the folder so I'm pretty sure it will work now. If it doesn't I give up... -_-"

you should always download from the flash get one not the uturrent:)

Whyy not? They both download the exact same file. Torrents tend to be a better download option.

for windows xp and lower systems they should only download the flash get, for high laptop comptuers with modify torrent features they should download the torrent one hope this helps everybody understand before they patch the translations too and make sure to run everything as admin before opening after the download off the website:)
